I have 2 big LOLs here.

LOL #1 @ The fact that Jon was wrong and that's not what the guy is doing. He had multiple grant offers on his LP, probably a fake blog telling them to signup at more than one DIFFERENT grant offers. Like Step 1) join here Step 2) join here -- each pointing to a DIFFERENT grant offer on the same NETWORK. It was the NETWORK that flagged and scrubbed the double leads. Not the advertisers....

Because clearly there is no way one advertiser might have multiple offers, no sir.
