yeah good to see everyone suddenly jump sides once Jon posts.

There has never been any intention to defraud anyone with this - if people want to sign up more than once FUCK THEM.

Like I say I am still feeling my way with ppc so this was something I was never aware of and was never made aware of. There was no intention for me to either send what the advertiser will deem as "bad leads"

I just thought that I had been done over and was asking for some help from people who know a lot more than I do.

Ask a simple question and get a load of brown nosing wankers kissing Jon's ass chipping in once they know exactly what he thinks.

Thanks for the tip Jon I will learn how the game works. This is another step on the learning curve for me.

So I will be staying in the fucking game.
 


you guys need to think on your own just cuz Jon makes a post doesn't mean its right. You guys have brains too use them.
I have seen Jon do a thread on not hitting on female affiliate managers and then I read chat transcripts in cakes chat about if so and so affiliate manager has a boyfriend and hes gona try to get with her.
Just like Uber who says there is selfishness in affiliate marketing and then wants to promote rebills on facebooks.

So long story short, think for yourselves people say stuff then do another in AM

Intelligent people sometimes change their minds. Occasionally even have conflicting thoughts/emotions. Crazy I know.

I just realized this came out wrong. I meant to imply that Jon and Uber were allowed to change their minds on stuff. Didn't mean to make it sound like I'm saying people are changing their minds on this naturally.

You know what happens when these idiots see multiple charges on their credit card from the same advertiser? INSTANT CHARGEBACK. Do you have any idea how much that costs? Figure price of the per month charge PLUS $20-$30 Visa/MC chargeback fee, for each of the charges. Not to mention they wouldn't even have to argue it with their CC/bank because multiple charges at the same time look like fraud anyway, so the chargeback is almost a guarantee.

When you send sales/leads to the advertiser, I'm glad you're thinking about quality on where they came from, but you are a fucking asshole for even thinking for a second that you're right here. Either send one fucking join or don't send any.

In fact, pm me your full name so I can make sure you never promote for any of my grant offers ever.

LOL #1 @ The fact that Jon was wrong and that's not what the guy is doing. He had multiple grant offers on his LP, probably a fake blog telling them to signup at more than one DIFFERENT grant offers. Like Step 1) join here Step 2) join here -- each pointing to a DIFFERENT grant offer on the same NETWORK. It was the NETWORK that flagged and scrubbed the double leads. Not the advertisers....

LOL #2 (even BIGGER lolz) @ all the cock smokers so eager to agree with Jon they didn't even read and understand what's going on.

Of course he's going to say he was promoting seperate offers on one LP, because now that gives him an out of what he said originally and doesn't look like fraud, but YOU my friend are the one who is wrong. He clearly said he was trying to get people to signup to the SAME offer multiple times, and he admitted to it twice in this thread before you even posted. So how does that make me wrong exactly? I don't know why would attempt to get people to sign up for the same offer twice, rather than promoting two seperate offers...It seems counter productive and I would thinkt hat you would assume the network/advertiser would have problems with chargebacks down the line.

I wouldn't even really attempt to promote 2 of the same type of offers, just to avoid shit like that. If you insist on promoting 2 products (probably acai blog lander style) try coupling your main grant offer with a secondary offer that is different but still related...maybe a make money with google offer? Or some other work from home offer? You probably will have to change up your lander a fair amoutn but youll avoid future complications.

I never meant that I was encouraging multiple clicks to the same offer.

It just so happened that I got multiple clicks from the same ip. Three ips did two signups each to be exact - my AM has confirmed that there is NO issue of fraud in this case.

Look guys - the intention was never to start some kind of slanging match on this. My bad for making the original post vague and the follow up shitty because I was pissed as fuck at what I thought was me being ripped off and then flamed for asking a question.

I have never frauded leads. My only focus in this is to get aff marketing rolling for me properly. Not through some bs frauding methods or whatever.

Jon - I am going to hit you up on aim and show you the LP.

If you aren't encouraging multiple signups to the same offer, you haven't done anything wrong in this case. It's not your fault that some idiots thought by signing up twice our government would send them not only one, but two checks (lol).

By that same token, you really can't be mad at them for taking these leads back. Regardless of intention, multiple people signing up for the same offer more than once looks shady on the backend, especially if it is happening quite a few times. Maybe something about your lander is triggering this?

Take a look and see if maybe the user is misconstruing what they should be doing...also (i know it sounds basic) but make sure all of your links are going to the correct places, and you don't have a link for one offer pointing to the other.
 
exactly what this was all about.

3 visitors tried to signup twice and I got mad because I thought I should be credited.

No where did I actually say do this twice or whatever.. it just happened that some users are greedy fucks and did.

Me being a newb yes. Me being a fraud or whatever no.

Ive spoken to Jon and im allowed to post my lp - which I will do once I have a beer.

As you can see from the text etc there is ZERO call to the user to sign up twice or whatever.

I was really proud of this and it seemed to do well for me for a bit. Im posting this in a bid to prove I never tried to fuck over anyone .

As I have said the original post was fucked up so for the miscommunication and following bs I apologize.

Dave, I learned something a long time ago, and still only practice it half the time.

When I get pissed, and indignant, do not post. Do not post for one week. PM people you trust, hop on IM and ask some friends, go for a run around the block.

But do not make a public post.

99% of the time, posting when you are angry turns out badly, regardless of subject matter.

Again, even I don't follow this all the time, but I am getting better considering I am angry and pissed off 101% of the time.
 
It was really just a misunderstanding. That line you repeated above does make it look as if you are enticing people to sign up multiple times for the same offer. You never did that though.

Dave, that's just how it is sometimes. You started the thread and didn't even think that that line could be misunderstood. I didn't even get that sentence when I first read it, tbh. And all of a sudden everybody chimed in on the kicks.

And now, due to the sudden silence around here, I guess quite a few must be so busy copying your LP that they forgot to say "ok Dave, you fucked up the wording in your post man, but you're not the fraud and asshole I thought you were. Peace."
