April Showers bring May Bans

I love hitting a nerve with little guys like Ace Rimmer.

1. Calling me by my first name is not really doing anything for ya, since at least 200 of the guys on this forum have met me in real life.

2. Your rant about what you think of me is laughable, and the thought of you wasting an hour of your life thinking it over/googling/writing makes me think you're one of these:

3. Say what you want about my weight, but keep my watch out of this.

I still think these threads would be better served by picking 2 candidates for bans. These two candidates would compete (each month we would have a different theme). Whoever makes the most quality posts on a certain topic, posts the best porn, or whatever the challenge may be, gets to stick around. The loser gets to wallow in his own failure over on DP.

Just playing devil's advocate here, but here's the way I see it:

bb_wolfe can come across as a dick, for sure. But in reality, who here doesn't at some point or another?

But to talk about the man's wife...that takes the cake. Call him an asshole. Call him a dick. Call him a fatass...all that shit is juvenile, but it's at least above a certain line.

But to talk about the man's wife? That takes it to a whole other level. I'm not even married and it kind of pisses me off.

Basically, Ace Rimmer: learn where the stopping point is because if I was bb_wolfe I'd be stomping a mudhole in your ass. And if this was all in one big room instead of on the interwebz, I'd break your nose just for being a loudmouth douche.

Of course, I don't like to fight but - call me old fashioned - but there's some lines you just don't cross.

You pick your share of fights on this forum, are you going to ask Barman to ban everyone who flames back?

A bad precedent was set banning webwonder. It became about settling scores and not about cleaning up the forums.

it seems like with these ban threads, turbolapp comes in and bans the unanimous vote and i'm left picking a side.
