ASW 2010 Hotels

I was booking just now, and saw an offer for the brand new Aria hotel... being a compulsive shopper, I booked one of their corner suites.

I think the hotel doesn't even actually open til Dec. 16th.

check it out: www.arialasvegas.com

Got a few free nights at Aria, so figured I'd give them a go. My luck at the Wynn has been atrociously bad and Aria gaming hall seems nice.

Has anyone checked out their tables? The website is shit, but I'd be interested to know how nice they are.

edit: Holy shit the reviews on yelp are bad lol. ehh, hardly in the rooms half the time anyway.

havent been in the rooms but the tables are good :)

I booked at the Palms yesterday. Not the nicest place in the world, but I tend to book around the activities I'm doing rather than the room since I'm hardly ever in there and even when I am, I don't really care about luxurious surroundings.

PALMS vs RIO thoughts? I booked at both and need to cancel one.

Palms - seems like more fun and is still close to the conference. Probably will be some events there anyway.

Rio - Most convenience. Can go back to room throughout the day, prolly meet more people/network more around the hotel.

First time ASW...would you say these points are right? I'm leaning towards Palms right now, but it's close.

Which one would you do?

If youre 70 years old stay at the Wynn only reason to be at the Wynn is for the club XS. Stay where the young slutty chicks are
