I think the best plan is to just meet in the main hotel lobby of Bally's at 9:00am on MONDAY, the figure out where to eat from there. If you want to join us, you know where we'll be.
 
Man, 9 a.m., thats when I went to bed the other day! We'll see what happens, whenever I go somewhere interesting I suddenly feel wide awake on virtually no sleep.
 
Hey all,
I'd like to meet up with you guys.

I'll be flying in late Sunday afternoon (and missing most of the exhibits). but Monday morning's perfect for a meet up.

After flying halfway around the world for this, i'll likely be doing more networking and attending sessions, rather than getting too sloshed or pledging my return ticket at the craps table.

I'm planning to buy a chip for my cell phone once I arrive.
I'm not sure where they're available at?
At the airport? mall?

In the meantime, I'll PM the guys who've offered to give out their cells.

PS: the dining area's designated as a wi-fi zone (I guess it'd be unsecured).
though it'll be a pain to keep walking back there to check the WF forums.

Maybe we could have a notepad at the WF table where people can scrawl messages.

Maybe a separate notepad for the gayjacking msgs, so the real messages can get through.

I'm looking forward to meeting up.
 
There will be another WF party/hangout sponsored by XY7.com for Sunday in a penthouse suite at Ballys. Free beer and football. Will post the details when I get them shortly.

If I remember correctly, all the Vegas hotels have large lobbies. So it might be good to pick a place to meet.

Didn't manage to pull up any hotel maps, but maybe near the registration counter or the bellhop?

There're 9 restaurants in bally's itself and a bunch more in the mall attached to the hotel.

Restaurants: Bally's has the following dining options: Chang's, al Dente, Bally's Steakhouse, Sidewalk Café, Sterling Brunch, Nosh Snack Bar, Java Coast, Terrace Café and The Big Kitchen Buffet. Mall restaurants are Sbarro Italian Eatery, Johnny's Delicatessen, sushi from Ichiban.

The front of the hotel is very large for you guys to meet, when the cab drops you off where you walk in to is the main lobby .. its an easy place to find and a large enough space to meet up if youre interested
 
So let me get this straight... look for a bunch of gay Canadian men dressed in bear suits in the main lobby of Bally's at 9 a.m. on Monday? God... what am I getting myself into...
 
Maybe if at least one person is wearing a WF shirt, it'd be easier to spot the group...

There might be more gay groups than expected there. And depending on your tastes, you may or may not like to breakfast with the QueenCon07 attendees.
