Best Web-Based Tools?

Hi All,

I've been out of the Affiliate/IM game for a long while now but I want to get back in and make a serious business out of it instead of treating it as a hobby.

Anyway I'm in the planning stages at the moment and would really appreciate if people could tell me a few of the web based tools they find essential. Weather it be for tracking , vistor data ect I don't mind I just want to look at quality tools that may actually be of benefit free or paid also doesn't matter either. I know its quite a general request but I don't have anything specific in mind.
