Note: You will notice that Blackhatworld.com is mentioned several times on the indictment sheet along with funny words like "A person only known to the United States Gov" when referring to the federal evidence. The only way to substantiate and connect my friends online activity with his forum identity is by Bhw giving out his IP address.
Until my friend Chris was indicted, if you had 50 posts on BHW, you automatically had access to the "Cookie Stuffing" part of the forum. In Feb 2009, immediately after my friend was indicted (as dated in the indictment sheet), all of a sudden the bhw thread on cookie stuffing was removed to the hidden Executive area and "Diamond Dave", the BHW owner - updated his "Policy Terms" - no longer allowing cookie stuffing conversation.
Guess Diamond Dave, Harro, and their posse found it difficult to offer a platform for cookie stuffing during a time that the forum board logs are being used as states evidence against community members. Remember, the only way to mention the name "Blackhatworld.com" on an indictment sheet is if you have evidence and server logs.
I used to wonder why BHW was hosted in the United States. I mean it's cheaper, and makes more sense legally to host outside of federal jurisdiction. I guess it's strategically hosted there because to admit evidence into a court, you have to go by local laws. America cannot just admit a foreign networks hosted content without respecting foreign law. In other words, if you promote a marijuana smoking website in Holland, America can't do shit cause marijuana is legal in Holland and so is freedom of speech and expression. So IMHO, BHW is strategically hosted in the US specifically to ensure that evidence can be presented without a headache. Otherwise, why haven't the owners of the board been arrested?
This two faced game of acting as a "honeypot" to fuck community members while continuing to host a moderated "MEMBERS DOWNLOAD" section allowing people to download pirated software - is fucking retarded.
I mean every piece of SEO software with it's hacks, cracks, etc., is listed there - and the section is 100% moderated so BHW can't even say "we didn't know"... But hey, BHW hosts in the United States but is outside of the federal laws jurisdiction? Must be f'n nice...
Anyway, I think common sense is something you all have. The PDF indictment sheet speaks for itself.

Just playing devil's advocate here, but...
In your first video you yourself even admitted to "sharing" software when you were ranting about being a "good, reputable member"
So now that they fucked you over you're suddenly growing a conscious about their section where they share software, ebooks, etc.?

I'm only against the double standards. I only mentioned BHW's "Member Download" section to demonstrate the conflicting rules of on one side, you can't talk about cookie stuffing (cause they are involved in a honeypot scandal) yet in the same sentence - they offer a moderated section for warez, hacks and cracks. Remember, in my original post, I made it clear that I was banned for confronting them with this. In my video, I demonstrate that I was banned in Feb 2010 - where I also demonstrate that the admins used my account to promote bullshit that has nothing to do with me.
Furthermore, I mean why would anybody care about cookie stuffing conversation on a blackhat forum - specifically when the same forum has a moderated section to rip off the world with software. That was my overall point. Remember, In February 2010 - BHW changed their "terms" and erased the cookie thread.
That same week, my friend Chris Kennedy was indicted. The dates match perfectly.
