I do hear what you are saying and I know it's not always easy. It's a bit of a misconception that preparing good nutritious food takes a lot of time though. It may not be as fast as two cheeseburgers at the takeout window but it can be done. It's also not that expensive compared to processed food.

Hmm..Im seeing a new niche form right here... Free 14 Day Risk Free Trial of Piracetam..lol

On a serious note, anyone else use this and found it actually helpful?

I've never tried Choline.
some people get headaches and/or start to feel foggy when taking high doses of piracetam over time as it depletes your levels of acetylcholine. alpha-gpc or cdp-choline are the best sources. choline bitartrate is not very effective at converting into acetylcholine.

i personally take about 4 grams in the morning every now and then. not mindblowing by any means, but definitely improves concentration and makes your head feel a little more clear (probably due to improved blood flow). you really should take it for a week or so for maximum effect.

enhances psychoactives too if you're into those.

Used to use stuff but don't any more - now meditate every day (usu 20 mins, at least 5 minutes) - my focus and concentration is much better, and my mind is a hell of a lot quieter these days.

Quiet mind. Now I could use that.

What kind of meditation? Just close your eyes and take a nap? or focus on not thinking about anything?

HH

simple breathing meditations are usually best to start with... and if you wanna get into something more advanced/structured along those lines, pranayama is good...

plenty of books and ebooks out there on various types of meditation... hit your favorite warez board and I'm sure you'll find more than enough to get started...

I've been meditating for years, also do yoga daily, etc... yet, I'm still looking for something to push the envelope a little more...

hmmm, wow i never heard of piracetam before...

ive been taking stupid multi-vitamins for years because thats all the pharmacist would recommend when id tell them that i fall asleep all the time in class... I dont know why i still take them, i still feel tired ALL THE TIME ... it didnt change anything.

now, being a self employed guy, i find life pretty hard... waking up in the morning is just the hardest thing... motivation is an issue... memory,hmm well, id like more of it sure, i mean there is a gazillion user/passwords i have to remember, things to do, people to call, emails to send ... when i think of all the things i have to do in a day it really is overwhelming, i dont even go to the gym anymore i eat 1 or 2 meals per day... my productivity sucks... i hate that word, productivity, it makes me think of myself as a machine, im not a machine...

so what would you recommend ?
after reading this post im ready to order some piracetam, but is there something better, as safe and effective ?

This all changes once you start making money.

Healthy people eat the same foods over and over combined differently. Chicken, salmon, tuna, eggs, turkey, whole wheat pasta, yams, natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread, raw almonds, flax seed oil. Fish oil, Protein shakes, dextrose sugar, green veggies. Plenty of water and occasional fruits. The best foods dont say they are the best on the package. Remember that marketers... majority of vitamins are flushed out through your urine. Supplements are just that, to SUPPLEMENT your already decent diet.

It's Precious
-Your brain as it is, has more potential synapse connections than matter in the universe.

Ok I had to reply to this. This is probably one of the most non-sensical things I have heard in awhile.

Here we go...

When I (and most of us) think of connection, I usually think of AT LEAST two things coming together to make that connection.

Ok, so let's define one connection as something that brings at least 2 pieces of matter (whatever matter may be) together to make a connection. You obviously cannot make a connection with one piece of matter as we have defined it above, so you need at least two pieces.

Oh yea, just to be accurate, let's define matter as anything that takes up mass or volume.

Based on this, lets say you had "x" connections in your brain. You would then automatically need "2x" pieces of matter to do this. Therefore, the minimum amount of matter in the universe has to be at least two times as the number of connections in one brain.

I have no idea how that statement can be considered valid in any conceivable way. Unless of course your idea of a connection was different then what we defined above (in other words, you're saying you could make a connection with one particle or less).

Also remember, one synapse is probably made of many pieces of matter.

You think you're so smart.

Been taking your Piracetam lately?

It works like a computer network

Suppose you have 5 computers, how many connections are possible if they're all interconnectedr? There will be 25 different potential connections between them. They can't all talk at the same time but the number would go up increasingly fast as you add computers.

1x1=1
2x2=4
3x3=9
etc...

When you're talking about the brain the number becomes so large it's inconceivable. Which brings me to the quote...
"If the human brain were so simple that we could understand it, we
would be so simple that we couldn't."

There are 10^14 synapses in the human brain. There are 10^79 atoms in the universe. Do a little research before you get all deep and meaningful.
