I don’t think so – only reason I say that is because every statement coming from China (higher ups than this guy) has been positive on the US currency for weeks on end. I don’t know enough background on this but my guess is it’s a trial balloon, their official policy remains supporting US recovery because they know they’re screwed if we go down.
