Coffee, Yah or Nah?

Oh look, it's the guy who.....shit, I got nothing. I did google all that after my dad was hospitalized and diagnosed with late onset adult Type 1 diabetes a couple years ago. I've seen first hand the impact of having to inject insulin 3+ times per day and having the genetic disposition for the same in my blood, I'll take every advantage I can find to prevent that. Carry on...

Is a joke my friend

I called into a local AM political radio station a week ago to chime in about the US's drone striking #'s and innocent death %'s, and mentioned you can use Google to find any of this information.

The next 2 callers after me both referred to me as "That guy who Googles everything", in a negative tone as if gathering your own facts is a bad thing.

This is how your average 40+ year old views the internet and finding your own information instead of relying on Fox/CNN.

Well caffeine speeds up your heart rate from what I understand so that's unnatural and I doubt it's good for you. On the other hand it also relieves stress and anxiety and can be habit forming in a good way. So IMO the balance falls between that, speeding up your heart rate on occasion isn't going to kill you and perhaps the benefits will improve your life quality. However if you're abusing coffee it's going to have long term effects.
