When this all started this contest was supposed to be the "hard" one... now there is not even one winner for the 500 post one and this one is nearly over.

The 500 posts one will be around for quite some time. 50 threads is not an easy task without spam, at least in a matter of days.

We have to make sure some of the users that were referred aren't fake or that at least some of them are active.

ya if you check the member list i'm sure you can spot out a lot of the fake names with 0 posts, ie jijijijiji

Is there a way to somehow check who you referred and how active they are?

The only way you could make them all yourself would be like using a proxy and a bunch of different email addresses, right?
