That's assuming he had sexual assault tendency which we could only speculate, so the restraint may have not been there at all. I find it far more likely that the guy simply snapped under frequent pressure, but we do expect more of our officers than that. Lucky he didn't *accidently* snap her neck, or cause a heart failure by tazing.
