Delete all words from file A that are in file B ?

Ive tried googling but cant find any soft that does this simple task.

I have file A that has 100 links and file B that has 50.
Now i want to delete from file A all the links that are in file B, so it stays unique from file B. Cant find a way to do it on windows [yes i know the unix command to do it].

You can filter duplicate values in excel.
