Do any of you have friends or family in prison?

my ex's best friend when they were in highschool got in with a bad group of kids. The friend was driving and one of the guys said "pull over here". The kid jumped out went up to a guy and shot him and killed him (can't remember the "reason") jumped back in the car and they took off. Because he was the driver and mostly because he was the only one in the car that was 18 (other were under 18) he went to prison and the others spent a year in juvy. This was 15 years ago, he's still there.

You are the company you keep.

A friend of mine just got 18-40 years for arson. Funny thing is the eyewitness said in court it wasn't him and he passed a polygraph but they refused to drop the charges. The brilliant jury still convicted him because his ex-girl (the person who's car was burned up, and who's house almost caught on fire) claimed she saw burn marks on his face a few days after the fire. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Moral of the story - stay far away from vindictive crazy bitches. I paid his $50k bond to get him out while he was on trial (got my $ back when he was convicted) and I'm paying for his appellate attorney. I've been on the other side and I know how important it is to have people helping you.

That really sucks if he really wasn't involved. Gets me mad when people go to prison and they had nothing to do with it.

Almost 2 years ago my uncle killed a 77 year old man. He was high on meth and went to this couples home asking for someone that was not their. He left then came back later and killed the man with a hammer.

When I was growing up as a kid he was never like this. He was a really good/cool guy and also a good father. He was actually my favorite of my 3 uncles. But that all changed when he started getting into meth several years ago.

Just goes to show ya how much meth can fuck up someone's life. I still don't know how I feel about the whole ordeal.

Meth is a nasty drug, not sure there is any drug worse than meth, is there?
