Thirty Day Challenge just started today (if you really suck at seo or don't know what it is, I suggest you do it if you're bored and unmotivated).

It's his month long intro to internet marketing course he does every year in August or something where he isn't pitching any of his other stuff and it's totally free

But in all honesty, the video quality this year is pretty spectacular. I mean, I've bought all those ebooks and courses, and he really stepped it up a notch this year with the video quality. Check out this youtube video

You can laugh all you want, but he consistently presents the information better than most people do who are trying to scam people out of their monies. He could have easily sold this year after year.

Haha, I mean obviously it's really really basic stuff. But the production values are fairly high compared to most stuff in his niche.

I just was amused at how much better the video quality was this year than anything else.

It even looks good in non-hd.

Actually, there isn't really that much hype surrounding it as you think. He's not really claiming to be anything special or sultan of seo. Just trying to help people who don't know much out.

Newbie on Wicked Fire but Not a 30DC Newbie

I'm new to this forum but I couldn't help but chime in on this one...

I've got a lot of experience with Thirty Day Challenge and have come to know and love Ed Dale and crew...

Don't be fooled by how easy the steps of the challenge are... Easy doesn't equal Basic unless you mean foundation building basic.

Every year Ed reveals cutting edge tactics that enable some of us to make a full time living throughout the coming year.... and a few have even gone on to make millions using 30DC tactics.

You can continue to scoff at Ed and TDC if you like, but as for me and my house we will be tuned in to every word.

And Yes Blank_Czeck The Quality of the Videos and Sound is top-notch this year.

ed dale is the reason i made my first $1 online. which was last year during the 30 day challenge. So I can't hate on the man, he got me into this. I know other people here that are in the same boat. By being in the 30 day challenge last year I got

1) free software that helped me with niche research
2) a decent enough guide to link building and videos showing how to do it at various places
3) roughly 20 videos (10-15 minutes long) showing brief overviews and introductions to things like PPC


I didn't pay 1 dollar for this shit. It was definitely better than any ebooks I ever pirated. Did it make me any real money directly from the 30 DC? No, but you have to crawl before you walk.

Maybe you guys hate on him because he brings in more noobs, or maybe because sure enough, after a month he's like "hey join my membership site", but when I look back on it now it worked out great for me.

Says the woman who is probably promoting the 30DC and more than likely has all the "gurus" on her facebook page...

There is no doubt that ED Dale is one hell of a marketer and his "business plan" in this case is fucking great!

Every man, woman, and child that sips the kool-aid is telling anyone they can by phone, email, and pidgeons to sign up for the 30DC...

What happens then?

Simple! They get added to ED's list and he promotes hard to them for the rest of the year only to get the opportunity to reload 12 months later. Fucking awesome - I wish I would have thought of it first :)
 
You guys forget that you always didn't know this stuff :) I get about 20 e-mails a day asking me stupid questions just from my blog.... it's amazing what people don't know how to ask google.

If you don't know how to use Google you have to start somewhere right?

Isn't the 30 day challenge thing free with no marketing and all free resources?

If that's the case - what's the problem? Probably a good place for newbies to be - getting their hands held by someone else :)

However, if he's pushing stompernet and the guru crap - well flame the OP away. I'll help get the fuel and set him on fire myself.

They don't promote anything during the 30DC...at the end they try to get you to upgrade to a paid version of Market Samurai which honestly is a nice keyword tool for people that need it done with software.

They do give out great info as well, especially for people just getting started. I just can't stand the "they are doing it from the goodness of their heart shit" . In reality the 30DC is probably a million dollar business in itself just from the list they build doing it.

There are a lot of people in this forum that sell tools, so I don't understand all the hate for the 30DC... maybe because the guy isn't in the WickedFire Club? Is WickedFire just a fucking clique now, and you can't talk about anyone or anything that's not in the club?

Didn't realize it was just for "small members" that need to compensate..
