Exercise for fat affiliates

It's nearly 40 fucking degrees here. It's been over 40 a few times the last couple weeks, and it was 89% humidity yesterday.

It's too hot to think let alone consider doing anything more strenuous than lifting a beer bottle.

My advice is to just stop eating. Drink protein shakes for 2 weeks, say goodbye to those love handles!

This. Considering how lazy I've gotten, I just can't get myself to go to the gym. Even after making an appointment last saturday...I skipped out and opted to work on campaigns instead.

Ordered $68 worth of protein to try the V Diet Lite version. One shake in the morning and one at night as meal replacements. Hopefully, it'll get me into the right mindset of eating healthy and watching calories. I'll be combining this with push ups, sit ups, and what not. As for going to the gym....ah we'll see.

Well besides the obvious (see the two stoodges posts above) which I do almost everyday....I just got a new bike. It's one of those 1940 types (called beach cruisers today) It's great cause it's an easy ride and you can sit up straight while riding it. I intend for this to be just leisurely but that's pretty much the way I exercise anyway. (passive exercise ) Here's the bike I got Pink Cadillac Eldorado Bicycle Women's Beach Cruiser Bike: Cadillac Bike Store

EDIT: Oh and you don't have to "diet" per say but you do have observe your caloric in/out. I have one of those mini white boards on the fridge and I right down what I eat all day. I don't restrict the types of food I eat, I just have to write it all down with the goal of keeping it under an alloted amount of calories.

Those are the single geared bikes right? Why not just buy a bike with gears so you are totally screwed if you want to go up a hill?

your talking about Fixies (Fixed Gear Bicycles) so you can pedal backwards to move backwards (its cool because when your stopped you can balance on the bike as opposed to putting your feet on the ground)

anyways, i just became a member at my local rock gym, and im taking in less calories (i stopped drinking soda long ago, but i still got this beer belly)

rock climbings the shit, find a rock gym, you wont regret it, real fun, and the people are real cool

ok this is my last post in this thread for now

DO NOT STOP EATING

when you stop eating your body will start eating away at the fat in your body, which you want, however when you start eating again, your DNA tells you body to store all that fat even more, because it thinks your having trouble finding food. within the next 15 years there will be a pill to suppress that DNA feature, so that we can eat w/e we want :)

I'm in Houston. Not many hills. I've had those types of bikes before and hated them. I'm not a serious biker.
Just got back from a ride and I have to say for just being a leisure bike, the beach cruiser have some decent power in them without extraneous effort. I'm quite pleased.

I'm starting a 10 day master cleanse tomorrow. Haven't done this in 15 years. I expect the first few days will be all pain.

But more so than losing weight, I really need to give my system a flush. I've mostly given up drinking and fast food, stopped smoking in the last 2 years but I know my system is loaded with waste and poison.

I'm going to give this everything I have (and maybe ban myself from WF while I go through withdrawals) and then look at adopting a raw food regime. I want to totally eliminate dairy, white flour and white sugar from my diet.

What is wrong with dairy and flour?

I'm at the gym. 2-3 times a week. I sit on my ass with my leg up at least 40-60 hours a week. Its all about discipline. I look great I might add, like, really fuckable great.

Find a DVD series you like and commit to it. I work out first thing in the morning 5 days a week. 3 cardio and 2 weights. then on the weekends I play golf.

Gotta do something.
