My advice is to just stop eating. Drink protein shakes for 2 weeks, say goodbye to those love handles!
Well besides the obvious (see the two stoodges posts above) which I do almost everyday....I just got a new bike. It's one of those 1940 types (called beach cruisers today) It's great cause it's an easy ride and you can sit up straight while riding it. I intend for this to be just leisurely but that's pretty much the way I exercise anyway. (passive exercise ) Here's the bike I got Pink Cadillac Eldorado Bicycle Women's Beach Cruiser Bike: Cadillac Bike Store
EDIT: Oh and you don't have to "diet" per say but you do have observe your caloric in/out. I have one of those mini white boards on the fridge and I right down what I eat all day. I don't restrict the types of food I eat, I just have to write it all down with the goal of keeping it under an alloted amount of calories.
Those are the single geared bikes right? Why not just buy a bike with gears so you are totally screwed if you want to go up a hill?
Someone should invent an apparatus for a treadmill that allows you to exercise and use a PC at the same time, and then document the experience...
{EDIT} BOFU you sniping jagoff.
This. Considering how lazy I've gotten, I just can't get myself to go to the gym. Even after making an appointment last saturday...I skipped out and opted to work on campaigns instead.
Ordered $68 worth of protein to try the V Diet Lite version. One shake in the morning and one at night as meal replacements. Hopefully, it'll get me into the right mindset of eating healthy and watching calories. I'll be combining this with push ups, sit ups, and what not. As for going to the gym....ah we'll see.

within the next 15 years there will be a pill to suppress that DNA feature, so that we can eat w/e we want![]()
I'm starting a 10 day master cleanse tomorrow. Haven't done this in 15 years. I expect the first few days will be all pain.
But more so than losing weight, I really need to give my system a flush. I've mostly given up drinking and fast food, stopped smoking in the last 2 years but I know my system is loaded with waste and poison.
I'm going to give this everything I have (and maybe ban myself from WF while I go through withdrawals) and then look at adopting a raw food regime. I want to totally eliminate dairy, white flour and white sugar from my diet.
Diabetes runs in my family. No point in tempting fate. What is wrong with dairy and flour?
