Exercise for fat affiliates

^^ Hahaha, I was wondering the same thing.
The reason is that you are probably ectomorph like me. We are blessed.

Exercise is only half of the issue. Pay attention to your diet. DO NOT start drinking diet pop and eating low fat hamburgers, fuck, drink water and tea, eat more fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Less processed, more natural and you will see results.

I was thinking about this earlier: We had a lot of discussion about exercise but not much about diet. Exercise won't do enough without cutting back on calorie consumption.

Gotta watch those nuts ^^ 1/4 cup is about 175 calories. I just snacked on plain low fat yogurt and a bit of fresh fruit. No more crackers for me. Carbs are what gets me; I love pasta, potatoes and sweets. Fortunately, I like fresh fruits and vegetables, eat plenty of them and don't drink.

What are your calorie weaknesses?

do these three things and you'll be shocked (if you're built like an average affiliate)

1) stop drinking your calories. Drink ONLY water/black coffee (I drink a ton of sparkling water)
2) snack only on nuts (i love raw almonds), and fruits/vegetables
3) Take a 45 minute brisk walk daily

As for eating, eat what you normally eat for meals. You'll find just these steps will offer SIGNIFICANT differences, most people have no idea just how many calories they're consuming daily from drinks and snacks.
You're welcome

There's so much wrong with the typical North American diet that I don't even know where to begin.

First, a "diet" isn't a "diet". If your goal is to lose weight you need to eat something sustainable that will provide enough macronutritional content so that you won't starve while still providing the building blocks your body needs to downsize fat and build lean mass.

A good meal plan for someone trying to lose weight is to stick to the basics: protein, complex carbohydrates, and fats. My breakdown of my diet is 50% protein, 25% carbs, 25% fat. This is easily attainable by eating 5oz of lean protein (chicken/steak/fish/etc.) with some vegetables and complex carbs (whole wheat toast, brown rice, etc.).

A sure-fire way to lose weight is to hit the gym twice per week and follow a solid routine, cardio twice per week, and a good diet. Eat five or six times a day, and come in breaking even at your BMR (basal metabolic rate). At my peak I was losing about 2lbs of fat per week (no Acai needed ;)).

I have no weaknesses. Ok, maybe candy...and chips. :D

I say nuts because they are a good source of good fats (monounsaturated fats) and proteins. However, they do have quite a few calories, but if you eat them in small quantities in addition to a diet that is generally high in fruits and veges you will do fine. The majority of fruits and veges are "low cal" by nature.

Also, drink plenty of water. Throw some lemon and cayenne pepper in there for some kick. :)

Edit: Also also... I find it much easier to eat healthier when I have the mindset that I am helping my body and prolonging my life. Many people try to eat less calories purely for the superficial reasons, but there are so many more benefits than that. Eat well and you will be leaner, your body will be stronger, and you won't have nearly as high of a chance of developing things like heart disease or diabetes.
