Favourite Payment Processor?

I'm assuming 2CO has improved? We used them years ago, and they were absolutely horrible. You were waiting up to 6 weeks to get the money, they'd lose wires, they'd allow payments to go through than later change their mind after you've sent the product, I think we had a 10% 6 month rolling reserve, etc.
This was years ago though, so I'm assuming they're better now?
The best I've ever used was http://moneris.com/ but that's an actual merchant account. Hooked directly into your business bank account, charges are settled every 24 hours, and show up in your bank account 24 hours after that.

Voted PP, because I haven't found another payment processor that allows international merchants and is that easy to receive payments from customers..
I was just about to start using 2CO for a new site. Didn't hear about the MasterCard issue. Will have to ask on that. They have a 5% reserve for 3 months. Allied Wallet is also very solid but they have a 10% reserve for 6 months. I crossed Payza off the list because they only accept Visa - no MasterCard or Amex and they also have reserves. Neteller is also not a bad option as they are only 3.9% with no reserves or holdback at all, only problem with Neteller is uses have to sign-up for a Neteller eWallet too.
This is all for "high risk" stuff. For normal stuff PayPal or a standard merchant account would probably be the way to go ...

the prob with paypal is that they offer no protection either ways if the product is a digital one.. So whoever the fuck want's to scam on both sides they can prolly do so cause paypal won't investigate em at all.. + if your client uses a Credit card they can easily file a chargeback and paypal won't do shit about it.
Is there other ways of getting paid for digital product that atleast gives some time or some kind of investigation on the online cases?
^^^^ all that stuff you said is irrelevant if you run a legit site with legit products. Sure you will get "scammed" occasionally but it won't affect anything in the big picture. If you're getting scammed constantly and it's affecting your revenues in a meaningful way that just means you're running some kind of mlm/hyip/pyramid scam to begin with and/or you're attracting the wrong type of shitty scamming customers.
What I would like to use as soon as possible for my sites:

We are on stripe. Stripe is good. But they aren't very fast at implementing new features. So if you have a specific need, you'd better make sure Stripe has already implemented it.
