Lol, this has been the dream app for guys too scared to talk to girls in person since mobile phones started. Japan had an app/device like this 10+ years ago. I forgot the name of that one, but I googled and some sites: Skout, Meetmoi, Grindr (gay)

just checked these out ... they are kind of what i have in mind but not totally

after looking at these, they seem like they are just mobile dating sites, that don't require you to enter your zip code ... am i right?
 
wait so the chick had to have an iphone, and had to have the app that you have installed and opened for you to communicate wit her!?

fuck that, the chances of that happening is like zero, id rather just take my chances and talk to the girl if I really wanted her..

edit: on a side note i had no idea how old she was either. she didn't look young, but she had that look going on where she could have easily passed for 20-22 but coulda been under 18 & there was a little kid at the table which was most likely her older sisters, but still, thats a whole mess i don't wanna deal w/

EZ w/ the GF thing .. what a guy can't look at other women? and i'm doin the long distance thing so that makes it tuff.

anyway between having a GF and bein at a family dinner, it's just not right to go up to her.

Looking at other girls is OK if its innocent, but making a post on WF about how you fell in love with someone else, but were to afraid to talk to...maybe not so much? Maybe you should check with your GF...
 
i never said i was afraid to talk to her .. i said i'll never see her again .. just like that

it was a useless post i just had to get it off my chest

Better yet, send your girlfriend over to tell her to buy an app for her iphone that will let her talk to nearby strangers who she can then hook up with whilst staying under the radar of her eagle eyed family who are trying to protect her from having under age sex!
