Doing a reverse phone lookup, I get the address 1203 E Rose St, Blytheville, AR 72315. Google Maps street view shows a shitty neighborhood and a blank plot of land: 1203 E Rose St, Blytheville, AR 72315 - Google Maps. Googling the phone number brought up this page: 870-780-6248 / 8707806248 Owner Information And Complaints (No, that isn't me who commented) with a few people complaining within the same time frame. They've called before, and I'm going to start logging the numbers they use to call me.

What pisses me off is that they are calling my fucking mobile number. What makes it even worse is that I only give that out to networks, domain registrars, etc. So sites like Domainsite.com, Namecheap, Godaddy, A4D, Copeac, Google, YSM, EPN, etc etc have my data and are possibly selling it. I've never posted it on social media sites, etc.

Now I'm guessing they are routing (or masking) their REAL number, if that's even possible based upon what Google Maps shows me. Here are a few more numbers they've used to call me with:

(416) 523-1121
(213) 363-5147
(410) 629-7065

Its an offer for an extended warranty on my car. I bought it in cash from a private party, so I know a dealership didn't sell my info. Can anybody find out some more information? The numbers they are using come from area codes located in fucking Ontario Canada, Los Angeles CA, and Blytheville AR so far. Help pl0x.

I get calls from telemarketers on my cell phone all the time now and have never given my number out to any company.

Yea I think I fucked up by pressing 1 to tell the representative to stop calling me.

I thought I was the only one getting telemarketing calls on my cellphone.

James - where'd you do your reverse phone lookup at? - every one I find charges for the address. thx.

if you used the number for domain registration, perhaps it's showing up in the whois information and that's where they are getting it from

I'm getting the same exact fucking thing.

It's an automated message. I figure the last person who had my cell number is on some shitty telemarketing lists.

I listened through the automated message instead of hanging up like I have 357 times before, and they have a number to call to unsubscribe. I called it and unsubscribed, it didn't confirm it, as soon as i hit the number it hung up. So I did it like 10 times.

Now get this just today i get called with another automated message this time saying, "This is the final message you are receiving regarding your extended Warranty on your car." then at the end it says to not receive follow up messages press this #. I think it was 6.

If it happens again, I'm going First Blood on these mother fuckers.

Regarding comments people left on other sites about the numbers I posted, it doesn't matter whether you're on the list or not, you're still going to get called. I'll give it a shot though.

I used to get multiple phone calls a day with the automated message. Really annoying, but I haven't got a phone call in a month or so.

press whatever number oyu need ot press to talk to someone and ask them for their company name, address and other info about them, then inform the rep that they violated the DNC law and you plan on suing the balls off them.

Then take all the information you gathered and contact the FTC, their local AG, BBB, and anyone else you can call to make their life hell.

It sounds like the auto warranty company hired a company that does voicecasting to generate leads for them. This is the dirtiest of all marketing, chances are the company actually calling you is based out of FL or TX

I've had a few telemarketers call me recently on my cell. I don't give out my cell number ANYWHERE apart from one or two aff networks, a few clients and a credit card company. I use my home address for everything else.

Best part is that one guy that called me repeatedly until I literally told him to fuck off was so Jamaican that I couldn't understand a fucking word he said.

"Hello mon (seriously) ???? ???? good offer ???? ???? your network ???? cell provider!"

Wtf?

I've been getting the exact same auto warranty calls on my cell phone that my company provides me. This is a VERY private #, and there are only a small handful of people who have this number. I don't give this number out, so couldn't be Godaddy or any other company.

I'm guessing it's a random dialer, and if they get a voice mail or a person, they put it on their "good number" list.

These calls really piss me off too. I've gone so far as to get through to a person twice and (not so kindly) demand to be removed. No luck there - I would be very interested in removing this business from the planet for good. I'll start collecting the info for the FTC and see how far I can get with them.

I'd love to see some Thiem/Standerline revenge on them.

OMFG.....dude i get that same bullshit "this is your second notice that the extened warranty on your car is about to expire"

What network do you use I have Sprint and every fucking person that I knwo that has Sprint gets those fucking calls its almost like they sold a list of numbers to htem or something....I'm sure they didn't but wtf...

If your number is associated with the title transfer, they could have gotten it from public records when the state issued you a new title. Usually, the really dirty ones will just hit the entire exchange dictionary-style. They call 4 numbers at a time and the first one that picks up gets hit, the other 3 get hung up on. Then they will sell their lists of "active numbers".

My phone provider sold me out when I got a new number, I found a small slip of paper buried within one of the 14 "welcome" letters they mailed me saying that if I don't opt out, they will provide my number to 3rd parties. By the time I got to it, it was too late. Then they try to sell you something that supposedly blocks telemarketers.

I've been tracking the calls and found that if I disable my voicemail, the call volume will decrease, but will pick back up quickly if I turn it back on and they find out. Recently, I put my fax machine on that line and after a couple days, the calls stopped. I have a feeling that I'll be seeing some junk faxes coming soon, though.
