Great.

By the same precedent anyone that sign up for a delaware LLC and are not aware that they have to pay $175 franchise fee per year and the only way they can stop paying is buy stopping the LLC AND pay all the back taxes can get the same treatment.

Also people that get into marriage believing it to be the best deals can sue legislators that fail to provide fair warning that marriage can lead to 14 years of prison terms Free H. Beatty Chadwick . Most people would not choose to get married if alternatives are legal, common, and openly practiced.

There goes our money tree.

I wonder what libertarians would think about this case? Should government have interfered on google money tree thingy given that no fraud or force is involved?

The structure is there and the sentences do look like they could mean something but at the end it's just like trying to decypher something a crazy person would write.

Nope, if you actually read through the filing document in order to get that 3.5MM amount, they had to seize their cars (which weren't all that nice), a motorcycle that still had a loan, and a boat that still had a loan.

The actual penalty for like 25MM but all defendants ended up claiming inability to pay and paid what they could.
