gTLD Extensions Being Introduced by GoDaddy

If people want to know how this is going to play out, look at all the other vanity domains out there.

Nope, delicious is now a dotcom. Can't think of one vality domain that hasn't gone dotcom

Like CCarter said, the problem is the 99% can't/won't understand domain names. Fuck they don't even know what a fucking browser is.

Main issue I see with this is how the fuck do you protect your brand for a reasonable amount of cash. Do I need to register bluefield.agency, bluefield.company, bluefield.corp, etc etc etc..

It's going to make it much easier for people to try and poach other people's brands. Not a big fan of it to be honest.

Hate bumping an old thread but anyone seeing how these things have been playing out so far? I'm undecided on whether it's worth grabbing a handful of good new names off these for investment or future projects. Anyone seen much in that regard yet?
