Swallow a Vitamin B-12 before going to sleep. 100mg to 2000mg depending on how much alcohol and how large you are. Keep a bottle of them next to the toothbrush so you don't forget. If you've screwed up and have to be somewhere in less than four hours of sleep, take more and chew the fuckers. B-complex works in a pinch, but normally doesn't have enough B-12 in it.
