Strange title I know but I need it to be a bit general. For the last month ive made my self a mighty fine tin foil hat, and I have been blasting the crap of my facebook with stuff about 9/11 being set up, civil rights, net censorship. All that fun stuff.

This week I have had my facebook hacked, myspace hacked, web server hacked, and today found out my debit pin was changed. The online stuff sure, its possible web server had phplinkdirectory on it that was hacked and spammed. Myspace that has not been used in 4yrs hacked and spammed. Facebook was accessed by a phone in the UK but nothing spammed or touched.

They all have different passwords to. I was a hacker and script kiddie as a teen I know the drills. I only use my Mac so trojan free, and I use a paid VPN service to send all my traffic over 256bit SSL.

But tonight at the ATM it told me my pin had been changed! My bank says the only way thats possible is in person at a bank (with card and ID) or at a atm with the card and old pin. Ive got the card and I haven't used the card or pin for anything in a year. The bank also generated my pin for me, its not a old phone number or anything.

So my tin foil hat is now a tin foil house. What would you start to look into security wise? online and off.

maybe a strong antivirus would be a good solution . it's very easy to lose data online . When creating accounts on junk websites , never use the same pass used for the account that you care. also , never share precious details like "answers for password recovery" .

if all this happened to you , it means that you did something wrong .

was your email in the gawker db?

Not that I know of.

I am not trying to be paranoid and I don't really give a fuck. But it seems like someone is fucking with me since nothing has been stolen or moved despite them having a debit card and pin.

Just wondering what all other people would do in the same situation. I already carry a knife on me, but everything has been electronic so far.

Sorry bro, but the lizards people got you. They're going to tongue your asshole tonight with their lizard tongues.

Debit PINs can also be compromised at B&M swipe terminals if the merchant is compromised and they didn't properly destroy the data from the terminal. Not too long ago, someone got a hold of peoples' PINs from one of the office retailers (OfficeMax, Office Depot, Staples).

If you believe these activities are reprisals for your political activism, I would be inclined to keep quiet and maintain a low profile online.

Don't make yourself a target.

Aye, problem is I have never used this card at a store for debit.

Well shit seems to have gotten pretty real.

Best not to get your nose dirty - earn money get drunk fuck bitches life's too short for complicated bullshit (unless it involves acquiring money for said purposes).
