Hate Crime in NYC: "I'm gonna knock the fuck out the next white person I see"

I agree.
I would assume that hate crimes were given their own harsher punishments to try to persuade people from not committing them and to give politicians something to make it look like they cared about minorities. I would also assume that the latter worked much better than the former.
That's irrelevant. It's still a hate crime, because he did it out of his devotion to hating whitey.
If it was a carol crime, I'd suggest the cone penalty.
Dude, don't you get it? The guy who kills another guy because he stole/took his woman is NOT as hateful as the racist. And the guy who does it for political motives is MUCH worse still.
We need to make these distinctions, or else the ruling elite will forever have to pay high priced attorneys/coverup/'donate' to politicians to avoid wordly punishment for crime; there will never get to be a time when 'Neutralizing someone for the general welfare of the population' will be acceptable.

The reason it should be a bigger deal based on the motivation is because it suggests how likely it is the behavior would be repeated.
A century ago if a klansman killed a black man it wouldn't be a stretch to assume he would do it again if he got away with it. It's the same thing here.
When you allow such irrational emotions to control your behavior, your life is going to suck, especially once you get into that negative feedback loop of blaming others for why your life is the way that it is. If that isn't bad enough, then you have organized groups dedicated to reinforcing those beliefs.

So today an innocent man lost his life because of Al Sharpton and Obama. I wonder how many lives guys like Farrakhan and Sharpton have on their conscience.

totally agree, all that shit is true, but it doesn't tell the whole story. its the aliens that have secretly infiltrated the government that are controlling everything. all those bright lights during thunderstorms are completely fabricated ways of controlling the population, and then the .gov sends in fake wind to scare people into voting for stuff. have you ever seen people interviewed after a storm, they are freaked out because of lights and wind that are made to have them vote for their master. but then you never see them again because of racial governmental controls that only want to give sympathy to drug-addled livestock. how could a horse survive??
