How can EWA get away with not paying the fuck?

Since the discussion is about network not paying on time, I would like to recommend Peerfly here. It's been an year since I am running traffic with them ( though not much) but every single time they deposit money at scheduled time.
I wasn't trying to defend EWA. I stopped running through EWA several months back. I do like Ryan Eagle personally, but I don't like chasing my own monies. ya feel me?
gonna jump in here as well and also say that EWA screwed me around on payments several times - and im currently "waiting" on a payment now for 3 months - ive since moved on and established some great relationships with other networks such as: a4d, c2m, maxbounty, crushads, and idx.

I'm not sure why you are running around making threads or if you are even real, but I just sent you a private message to resolve this matter immediately for you if this is actually still carrying on. Just recently I had several attacks on my reputation from members hiding behind. I'm sure you wont respond, but if you are willing I would love to help. You can dig up old threads that got resolved all you want (proof inside the same thread provided).
We are not in business today to slight affiliates and we have been improving operations overall. There is a lot of room for improvement but if I have to - I'm available around the clock and I can and will get in the trenches myself to resolve any payment problems or any problems for that matter. I put my life into EWA, even after getting acquired by HBWA.

Actually Ryan is too busy creating EWAnetworkIndia, EWAnetworkIran, EWAnetworkIndonesia, EWANetworkRwanda. So, Unless you live in these countries, you just have to wait till they launch a local network.
Every time you bring his name up, he wins. I don't know Ryan, I don't know his company, but I do know that he's a very good marketer.

what I find funniest part is that he has to have security cameras outside his shithole condo to guard i dunno... 5-600k in cars? You'd think one would rather have a decently priced DEPRECIATING asset, parked in the GARAGE of something that APPRECIATES.

Ryan is an excellent marketer - shit, every forum I look on are those gold + bling + neon colors.
I would not group them in the same group as PKM or those guys, the problem (IMO) is not that they are stealing, its just communication. Send an email, wait a week. Reply, wait another 2 weeks. Then hear from someone new.
The sad part is, is that they have an offer no one else has that I need and I'm dying to dump a ton of money into it, but I won't until I can get paid.

Hmmm... Yeah, I see your logic:
I want to drive attention to my product - so what do I do? I have some associates go out and whip up some publicity in a "social" way by pointing out all the shitty aspects of my product/service.
I then come on the scene, make a bunch of excuses about "dept's being overburdened , new protocols and growing pains, cuz I am such a baller" and promise the situation will improve and then have more associates go out again and say - SHIT HASN'T IMPROVED, IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE!
