How CPArev is screwing me out of $34,875.00

Maybe you guys should go after those who promoted CPARev? They got paid to promote the program, shouldnt they themselves do some due diligence on who they promote?

You wont get financial gain but youll make people think twice about promoting a network with little rep in the market.

Interesting point you make here.

In a traditional marketer/vendor relationship, the marketer is in a contractual arrangement with the vendor and is not held liable. Take for example the marketing and PR consultants who worked with Enron. They used what information was made available to them and had no experience with the internal workings.

Transposing your suggestion to the next key, if you will, if I promote ... say ... an Acai free trial forced-rebill and the customer ends up trying to contact an unresponsive vendor with no satisfaction then I bear some of that responsibility if he/she escalates the matter? No.

Anyone promoting a privately-held network to gain referrals is not privy to their books or balance sheets. This guys balance sheets amount to zilch, from how it looks now; that information is not available to a marketer before the catastrophe. Holding an independent marketer accountable for the books and financial solvency of a network is preposterous.

With all due respect, of course.

Exchange your vagina for a set of balls.

Nah. The surgery looks messy and unpleasant. Plus, I like being female.

My point was to keep the thread on track with the issue at hand, not school boy titillation. I don't see how disparaging this asshole's (most likely) innocent wife advances the issue or discourse.

Alright so after seeing a five page, indexed thread on a topic that I would say most definitely concerns my network, I figured I’d get in on the fun too.
To clear the air from the get go, Dustin has been a friend of mine in the affiliate marketing world for the past year or so and has always come across as a nice guy. We started off working together in that garbage pit known as incent and then moved to exchanging non-incent neutraceutical campaigns.

Now, with that said, YES, Express Revenue was the advertiser in question in this issue, and to reiterate yet again, YES, Dustin and CPARev were paid $28,000+ from us in mid-July and then a further $11,000+ payment about three weeks ago. So when I got Justin’s initial e-mail where I’m told that my “buddy” is allegedly not only using me as a scapegoat , but flat out defacing my network’s credibility, I’m sure you can imagine the shock and frustration that I felt.

After responding to Justin (which we’ve all read as it appears on page 1 of this topic) I immediately tried to get in touch with Dustin, left a voicemail, and received one back where he says that: what Justin is telling me is not true, that we weren’t even the advertiser in question (he claimed he was waiting to be paid direct by the Acai offer in question), and he acknowledges that we did pay him the stated amounts. Oh, and believe me, the voicemail has been saved and archived in case we all need to hear it later.

So yea, Express Revenue was labeled as the advertiser “notorious for payment issues” after we had paid them out over $39,000 in a span of three weeks. And on top of this we weren’t even the advertiser that CPARev was waiting on payment from. Just my attempt to add some more transparency to an issue that seems to be this week’s center of attention. If anyone has any questions or anything like that feel free to contact me at Jake@ExpressRevenue.com and I’ll get back to you. And as a side note, ER is not a new network, and we can afford to float practically any amount needed to cover our affs, just saying ;-)

That's what this thread needs, some titillation!

Ok. But what if you were in Dollar's position?

If you're so desperate for titillation, post a new titillating thread of your own and let this one deal with the actual business. sheesh!

Dude! It was a joke, a little levity here for everyone on edge. Including you :-)

CPAREV just got murdered .. damn!

On FoxNews now... so far they have a photo of a guy taken from CPAREV's security cams...

I think 2nd parties (kids families spouses) should be left out as well. Honor among thieves type thing. Or Soprano code, whatever.

Also I think what others have said about this thread possibly only damaging OP's case from this point could be possible. I don't see what else could be accomplished. OP has gotten the goods (admission of guilt) from cparev and even support from the advertiser in question. If OP wants to close the thread at this point, I see no problem with it, just pm a mod.

And last but certainly not least, CPArev is not even showing wickedfire in the top 10 in google now, so a big WTF on that.
