Computer Science. Thinking about minoring in some relatively easy liberal artsy field (maybe econ or business).
I feel sad for people who value others by their education . It's nothing , its just what i did when i had free time when i was young aka hobby .However i dropped out when i was in high school to get into IM and now successful than my set boys who have just finished their degrees and finding for a "job" .
I'm a bachelor of computer applications. Yes, that Java, android, C++, HTML, CSS to deal with. It is good stuff to know and very much in demand. However, it was getting tough for me to work like a robot. And before few years I found out it is amazing that doing something different than what others do around you. Writing has been a burning desire for me and day by day the fire is getting higher and higher.
College Grad here. 4 years of full scholarship, I haven't applied the degree I finished on my job though. Well not yet. The thing on college degree when you're into IM is that you'll have the credentials to back your skills up. and that you are capable and credible of doing something if all else fails.
I've got two biz degrees (one a Masters) and although it was mentally stimulating, if I had my time over again instead of going to University I would find a top-notch entrepreneur and offer to work for him without salary for a year and learn as much as I could from him (or her).
