I can't get ONE FUCKING serious answer. I mean, not one of you knows, for example, any banks that allow non citizen to own an account or what?

What NOT to say "I'm here to open an account"

What TO say: "I'm here to open an account ay"

Good luck bro.

PS: posting in a teguh thread.

The only option i know is virtual account by Payoneer. You can only receive funds on in, and then the funds go instantly to your Payoneer cc.

^^ yes, as any sane person seeking a canadian bank i'm rushing towards hitting some obsure .ly, .co, .whatever! thank you

According to this information file available at website of Royal Bank of Canada, International customers can avail form 97B which permits non-residentials to open account.

Nope. Didn't think it could be that easy.

In order to open your account, you’ll need to provide two pieces of identification, such as your: passport; Social Insurance Number (SIN) card; IMM 1442 (Student Authorization; employment Authorization; Visitor Record; Temporary Resident’s Permit) or IMM 5292 (Confirmation of Permanent Residence).

It is very, very, very hard to open a US bank account internationally.

You may have better luck with a Canadian bank.

That said, just get the Paxum pre-paid MC.

For US and maybe Canada as well, you must go there in person, take your passport, and all kinds of documents and stuff like credit card balances, including a bank account balance which you must have in your country of residence. You will have to go through plenty of banks until you find the one willing to open an account for you.

^^ Uh, no. You do not have to be there in person. You do not have to tell them what your bank account or credit card balances are (not that they could check anyway). A simple letter of good standing from your bank should be sufficient.

How hard is it to search G for the answer to this kind of question?!

Searching "foreigner opening a bank account in Canada" reveals in the first page of results that RBC will open an account for you online...

http://www.rbc.com/canada/tools-and-resources/_assets-custom/pdf/43766_FS_28391_first account_E.pdf

"You can start to open an RBC account online, from anywhere in the world, or in person at a bank branch in Canada. We’ll provide the guidance you need to make the process easy and comfortable."

Beyond this, there are law firms and companies that will do all the heavy lifting for you setting up incorporations, bank accounts, credit card processing and shit in just about any country you desire. Yeah, you're going to have to spend a few bucks to get it done, ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand, but just about anything is possible if you really want it.
