Feedback is based on the transaction of the web property - not on the actual site quality itself. Feedback is normally left within 48 hours after an auction has been completed.

Don't be a fool and think anyone would sell a site that makes that amount of money in that short of time - without ever posting any analytics or proof to back up his claims.

You have just proved your ignorance.

LoL.. I didn't say he is not scammer, obviously he is... I just was not sure why he have 100% feedback...

I just don't understand why do you give a fuck if you were not scammed by him? You registered here so you can educate people or what? Scammers gonna scam.. Nobody gives a fuck... Do you due diligence before you buy...

Maybe this scammer is OP's biggest competitor and with him out of the picture he can scam a few more people. OP where is the link to your profile?

I'm sure OP is the one honest guy on flippa, selling sites at a fair price, completely earnest about "needs money now" "not good at monetizing" "doesn't have time" reasons for selling the site, and doesn't kill the js redirected PPV and 301's that make his sites look like they get traffic after he sells it to some chump who can barely figure out how to put the site in his godaddys.
 
his feedback is 100%. I personally wouldnt buy unless I had proof of traffic and $. But you would think if person 1 got scammed they would leave a negative mark. Maybe your just being a hater on his success?
