It's the same with everything else in the hospital, they charge $20 for Tylenol and $100 for a pillow because those with insurance are subsidizing the costs for those who don't.

Capitalism? If patent laws and the FDA didn't restrict suppliers and create artificial monopolies, that shit would cost less than $30.
