I'm now a father.

I give kudos to your wife for asking for a natural childbirth. I watched my wife in agony up until the epidural, then she went into a nice state of only low-end screaming for a bit even with it. I think I have red marks on my hand still from her squeezing it so tight.

My wife went "au natural" for both kids, absolutely insane. The first one it was too late for the epidural, and she need forceps to pull our daughter out. I whine and complain about a headache, can't even fathom.

Congrats to the OP. Get her started on keyword mining in a few months to help build your empire.

Congrats.

As a new father myself (6 month old) all I can give as advice is

a) The first days are the hardest
b) Babies start getting more of a personality at 3-6months
c) Make sure you help your wife/gf whatever with taking care of the kid. It will lead to a lot less drama
d) Be prepared to not sleep a lot. Best thing to do is have days you get up at night and days she does. Granted if she is breastfeeding she has to wake up regardless.

If you haven't before... this is the moment to initiate serious protection of your assets.

Congratulations on becoming a dad.
