Insanity or P90X for overwieght, but fit Person?

well, i don't really give a shit if it's slow compared to someone who runs a lot. i'm a powerlifter, not a racer. when all you runner faggots are benching 350 and deadlifting 600lbs like me you can start telling me cardio doesn't cause strength loss. until then, you're the ones who don't know shit about strength.

dude... i am speechless, i don't even know where to start with you :D, first of all i am one of the runner faggots that you are talking about, let me attempt to speak to your Mind.. eating Less and running everyday doing cardio will let you enjoy a healthier and longer life, why do you want to bench 350 or deadlift 600 anyway ? or even 1000 ? did you ever ask yourself this question ? i mean it surely would have been useful in the homosapiens age so you can lift a big Rock to kill another homosapien then lift his Female back to your cave ? there is absolutely no use for your 350 bench and 600 deadlifts in real life ... in our age , everything is about who is smarter, richer, and most charming, not who is the strongest Gorilla in the tribe.. i

just my two cents, feel free to spend the next 10 years attempting to realize the life changing achievement of dead lifting 1000 lbs.

Do some basic workout first and start out slow. Once you're comfortable doing harder workout and exercises you should be able to do P90X with little difficulty. If you've never workout out in your life before don't start with P90x or else you will freaking hate it.

I never was fat at all but felt like I could use some muscle in my core. Playing soccer since I was 7 is a great way to stay healthy and get great legs but it'll make your body type look like a bottle if you dont work out other parts of your body specifically.

Been doing p90x's ab ripper x and their upper body plus workout combined with healthy food and reduced less alcohol intake (exception: A week with Lord "Vodka" B in Lithuania) . Felt horrible after doing p90x the first few times but I haven't been as fit as this since I was 16. Can't speak on Insanity but I hear that it's more cardio focussed.

IMO you should do 3 things to have a sustainable healthy weight:

- Stick to the p90x plan
- join a sports club that you genuinely like - swimming/cycling/rowing/tennis/soccer/football (whatever sports that basically gets you to do cardio without you even noticing - if you're a cool person you will probably even make some new friends)
- and actually start eating healthy.

Good luck bro

lol fitness threads are awesome, it turns into ultimate rage-fest on all sides

lol seriously. If you want real advice, just find the best looking trainer at your gym and pay them to write you a full workout and diet plan. 99% of people on the internet don't know shit about what they're talking about.

Easy - stop eating so fucking much and walk more. You are not ready for anything much more strenuous.
