I'm tempted to not give any advice since you do sound a bit of a prick.
If you'll start thinking outside of the box, your problem can be quickly fixed for almost no money and in a matter of days. Heh, theres likely nobody on warrior that can SEO their way out of a wet paper bag. Taking over the SERPs for your name shouldn't be that much of a challenge.

Off the top of my head, damages don't have to be proved if you are accusing somebody of a criminal act (that is to say, you can't call somebody a murderer unless they are convicted of the act).
In other cases, you have to prove damages. I suppose you can claim mental stress, but that's pretty difficult to make stick.

Idea 1:
- Start looking up into auto posting programs, such as auto-pligg, xRumer, SENuke, etc
- Play around with them a little, give yourself a couple of weeks to get a real handle on them.
- Deploy them to rank Bev's actual name, and aliases, to child porn sites. If you want a list of them, look up Australia's list of banned sites. You'll come up with plenty, and a few for a dentist.
When doing this, you may want to do it from somewhere that you can be anonymous in, such as a public access WiFi nework (Does McDs in the US have free access?) or a LAN Cafe where you can pay in cash. Ensure that you have everything setup and ready to go from home, so all you have to do is plug in your USB drive and click Go when you get there... - You'll basically be googlebombing their name for that site... It worked for "Gary Thiem", it'll work for Bev.

- Get an auto twitter program
- Use it to follow as many of their follower as you can. Build this up for a few weeks.
- In the meantime, start creating accounts with their details at content sites they're not currently using. Use those accounts to start writing very fucked up content. Pedo incest fantasy stories or some such. Just find them on Usenet somewhere and substitute names.
- Take these, and your twitter program, on a USB disk to an internet cafe. Post the stories far and wide in the fake accounts. Then tweet to all the followers about how shocked you were to see the alternative lifestyle that Bev is leading because you found her on other article sites like Donkeydicksuckingstories.org or some shit like that.
- Also use Twitter to link her name to previously mentioned child porn sites.
- Sit and watch as a shit storm explodes before she has a hance to react to it

I don't take clients...seriously tho, there's enough info available just on WickedFire to do all the reputation management you need and more... have a look around, use the search function and take some time to learn it... you'll be way better off if you can learn to do it yourself rather than trying to hire somebody... what Harvey posted is a good start...
