People who are saying that paypal do not offer some protection on digital goods, are not right. Some sneaky bitch last year on Digital Point sold me coupon for FB for $20 but never delivered, so I filed complaint, sent them a link to the thread, to my PM inbox/sent on DP, and they have refunded me from him like $18.39 very very fast.
