Peaches, I'm not aff.com's biggest fan at all but it would be a shame if network representatives start getting booted off the island. Most people here need some kind of dialog with network management and, as much as I hate to say it, your employer is one of the biggest.

If he is representing his network, he should take a cue from guys like Geofferson, Smax, Ruck, Mike K and MaxSteve. They all carry themselves with plenty of class and mostly treat WF as a professional environment.
