Last notice, WFCompetition.com, lose your fatass competition.

Should give multiple prizes, and let the winner pick what they want.

Considering I need to lose about 70 lbs, you won't catch me posting my fat rolls.

I am not posting my fatness. I want to lose 60-75 lbs all together but by April. I want to be 20lbs closer to my goal!

I'll hop on the train..

Then again, my test of not going to the gym for about a month, and eating whatever I wanted (fast food in moderation for lunch, rather than salads with healthy dressings) actually helped me lose more weight than the month prior of going to the gym every day.

Actually there is some truth to that Why Exercise Won't Make You Thin - TIME

How's the treadmill desk doing? With that, you're probably more active than a ton of members here.

I'm just now getting back into the grove of my treadmill desk. My last back injury took me off for months but now that that's healed staying on the treadmill desk for a few hours a day is no trouble.

Off to register now on the wf challenge... got on the scale this morning and there aint no way I'm posting my stats. I'm uping my goal to 15 lbs though, damn holidays...:(

You guys might as well quit now I already won :)

There's been so many threads of this type, so why are we still fat?

One bad habit I'm trying to break is eating when it's mealtime and not when I'm hungry. Problem is, now that I'm eating far less carbs I'm almost always hungry.

I look like a model when I'm thin, but right now I look like a model airplane. haha! Count me in to lose 25 lbs off a 5'2" frame.

Come on, guys! If you aren't going to post your results and progress, this is going to be the easiest 32GB iPod Touch I've ever won! :)

Well we have what, 22 entry threads there? It'll be interesting to see how many people reach their intended goals.. I'm willing to bet maybe 3-5 max. I'll be one of them though because I've done it before and I have no prob sticking to a rough diet / hitting the gym.

I'll be one of them because 2010 is my year to take charge. Just saying. I digress back into my WickedHole.

Am I too late? Is this strictly about weight loss or biggest transformation? I'm like 6'3" and about 215, which is pretty close to where I want to be weight wise. I don't want to lose that much weight, maybe like 10lbs. But I'd like to convert some of the weight back into muscle instead of beer gut. How are you measuring transformation? Off the before / after pics?

PS> Can we have an unwritten rule that none of these photos will be used for AM purposes?

Okay, signed up:

Okay - long story short: 2 giant babies + 2 jobs + no time + bad sleep + constant grazing for energy = A LOT of weight to lose.

Fortunately, I started January 1 as the first day of my new "I'm going to get diabetes in 15 years so I'd better get my shit together if I want to prevent them" diet. Might as well kick your asses in a weight loss competition while I'm at it.

I don't want to scare you little innocent things with pics of what a belly looks like after a 10.5 and 12.5 baby, so I'll save any pics for the end when I declare victory. LOL
