-Signed up for Amazon and Ebay affiliate program. I plan to create an e-store with exercise equipment and other fitness related items. I am also gonna create an exercise directory for my site so I can bring in more content.

Questions Still Lingering in my brain:
-Should I buy 6packnow.com if it becomes available? The domain for that site expires July 15.......so what if I could buy my competition?

Problems with Amazon Store
I'm trying to add a store to my website. I have been accepted by Amazon Associates.
I designed the store to have basically every fitness item alive and was given this code for the Inline frame:

I have no idea how to use it in Wordpress. I googled forever. Anyone know how to do this? I think I have version 2.7.1 of wordpress

Scrolling is gonna be a turnoff unless I do something different.
I tried editing the iframe code to turn scrolling off, tried shrinking it....Nothing works. This is the best I could get it for now.

-55 visitors yesterday, I'm slowly gaining visitors.
-Added 2 links to wikipedia on my site......see how long that lasts.

-Should I link my site to others that are like my site and ping with them or is that a bad idea because of competition?

I came in to this thread expecting a car crash, but you seem to be on the right road. Props for the effort.
Just out of curiosity how did you go about adding the wikipedia links? How long have they been up?
I just keep an open mind and do as I am told because, as a noob, you can't be ignorant and close-minded. I listen to those who are actually making money online. The people in this forum are serious and there advice cannot be taken with a stubborn mind.
I just edited external links. They have been up for 3 days I'm surprised there still there to be honest.
Last time I checked Wikipedia backlinks do not help from an SEO perspective - they are set to NOFOLLOW.
However, they obviously still help drive visitors.
