Yeah sleep paralysis sucks a lot. I get it probably once a month and it is scary as shit.that lucid dreaming shit is NOT recommended. that's not how to do lucid dreaming that's how to get into fucking sleep paralysis, which is not only not entertaining, but probably one of the most terrifying experiences you can go through. the hallucinations you see are not cool by any means. just imagine the scariest fucking shit you can and that's whats going to happen. fuck sleep paralysis

I have the exact 28-hour-a-day waking syndrome the author has on that sleep hack piece and I've known for many years that a 15 minute nap (exactly) is all I need most afternoons when I feel run down to recharge my batteries very well.
So I'm going to do it. 4 Hour days. 6 of them every time the earth spins once... This ought to be interesting, to say the least.
Bonus: 6 tiny meals a day will help my waistline bigtime, while brushing my teeth 6 quick times a day will surely be better than 2 long ones.
It's about to snow here in KC again (most of the blizzard snow is still on the ground) so I might be stuck indoors for a few days anyway. Perfect timing.
