what is your bounce rate guys when using an acai-blog page ?

mine is very high for myspace traffic - 90% (!) meaning that only 1 of 10 myspace visitors to my blog will click on the offer link. Is that normal? I'll be happy to hear what are you guys seeing.

I'd be interested in what people responded to this.

That is not normal, your ad is either drawing unqualified visitors (ie not properly targeted or the ad itself), or your haven't optimized your theme enough.

guys does anyone know a email or phone number i can reach someone from their advertising team?

I'm loving the new targeting options...but only 100 active campaigns at a time..WTF?
It's to prevent an abuse that some people found on MS a while ago. That, and they prolly wanna make you pay more if you want to run more campaigns on their site.

Dear Valued MySpace Advertiser,

Based on your feedback, we have improved our advertising platform to include the following two significant enhancements for your immediate use!

Enhanced Targeting Options

In addition to the targeting options available now, we’ve introduced the following categories to help you pinpoint the exact audience you want to reach:

· Education Level

· Relationship Status

· Parental Status

· Precise geo-targeting (zip-code with mileage radius)

New Ad Size

The ads you’ve created or uploaded thus far have been available in both the Leaderboard (728×90 pixels) and Medium Rectangle (300×250 pixels) sizes.

We are now introducing the Wide Skyscraper (160×600 pixels) as an option you can choose while designing your campaign. This gives you the opportunity to further customize your ads and provides additional page placement locations.

Click below to check out it out!

We look forward to hearing what you think of these new features and good luck with all of your campaigns!

Sincerely,

MySpace

I'm trying to promote an IQ offer on MS, but the problem I'm getting is that when creating the ad it gets rejected, saying "the ad cannot target users under 18".

I had selected females 14-18 for my demographic.

Does this mean nothing can be advertised to teen girls, or that I can't advertise mobile offers to teens on MS, or what?

Anyone got any tips?

Go back to the campaign, re-upload the banner ad and target everyone over 18 and set a very low budget. When you get the ad-approval email go back and jack up the budget and change your targeting. The ad will say pending for a few minutes but it should go live without a problem - I've had the same problem in the past with a few other offers and this has worked like a charm.

Beautiful, thanks... I tried this once, but it didn't work so I'll give it another shot knowing you've had success with it.

I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but the budget cap is no longer at $10,000. Myspace keeps getting better and better...

Anyone else notice them being picky with dating landing pages, I keep getting "Sexually provocative content" messages. Guess it's time to start cloaking?

I've noticed that this doesn't work anymore. If you pause and attempt to edit the age range it won't let you drop below 18. It's like they automatically flag the ad as 18+.

After almost a week of nonstop Facebook ad disapprovals, I finally went over to MySpace and thought I'd get started by trying out a ringtone ad. My e-mails show that I submitted my ad at 8:45 and now I see that it got approved at 8:47. Does Facebook enjoy losing millions in potential profit to MySpace with their stupid ass rules?

Is any one else having problems with MS over reporting clicks?

Theyre saying 1000 clicks server, whereas P202 says 700 with show all clicks.

I'd like to here how every one is dealing with that, as I know i'm not the only one.
