Unfortunately this is not necessarily true. Sexts are downloaded and traded by sometimes dozens and hundreds of peers, used for blackmail, used even as a kind of currency. They can and do show up any time any place, sometimes long after the issue is considered resolved.

I hear what you're saying, and there are countless posts encouraging him to do what is right and help him become a better person.

He didn't and still isn't listening. We can't help someone that doesn't want to help themselves.

Well, a bit tough to achieve over the net - but how about: Getting him out of his family and to the other side of the country. Getting him into therapy (there are pills you can give sociopaths, right?). Getting him into community or real college there. But he needs to get away from the influence of his parents and friends. And behaviour therapy.

This is entirely irrelevant and even makes this situation much worse. He is defaming people that didn't even take the pictures in the first place but they are still getting the same defamation and treatment as those that did take the real pictures.

I would be happy to put together a reputation management campaign strategy for any victims who need help with clean up. Especially if some service providers want to pitch in.

We will need him to transfer the domain to someone running such a campaign. Simply taking down the site will no longer be enough.
