But just one more question; whether I lie or not ( I don't plan too, exactly), is it okay to set them up with a CMS like WP and just throw up a template (from themeforest?) and add the content? Maybe just tweak the template a little bit to say it's "custom?"

Love it here, feel like I should have moved here 7 years ago though. I'm 29 and feel like the old guy at most of the bars.

Do yourself a favor -- find out who recently incorporated and contact them regarding a website.
Your wasting your time calling a dude that has been in business for years and has no website.

Very cool area, been wanting to move down to SD ever since I was there 2 years ago, stayed at the Catamaran in PB. Being a Canadian doesn't exactly help for moving down there though.
I was actually blown away at how hot the women were, first day there I probably saw around 20 hot girls in the first 20 minutes walking down Mission Blvd.. Not to mention 4 of them approached me and asked for a photo, yea you read that right, THEY asked ME for a photo. Oh and guess how many dudes I saw within that 20 minute time frame. Zero. I officially knew it was on at that point.

the chicks down here are ridiculous, especially in PB. hundreds of girls done up all nice, all lookin to get banged out on a Friday night. The best thing ever is to go get breakfast in the middle of PB on a Saturday and just watch all the walks of shame, girls with hair all fucked up, holding their heels in their hands walking barefoot. Classic.
I know what you mean LOL! Just remembered that one ice cream (frozen yogurt?) place right around there had girls literally swarming. I'm talking about me and my buddy walking in, only to verify that there were literally ~20 girls packed into that one place with not a single guy.
I also really miss that Hookah place with the little patio right in PB. I kicked it there every afternoon, still keep in touch with some of the people that worked there. Awesome spot.
Seeing what it's like over there, has actually had a detrimental effect on my life in Vancouver, which is no where near what I realize it could be living in SD.
ie. go surfing in the morning
work for several hours afterwards
hit up some chill patio spot on mission/grand/garnett where it's easy as shit to socialize and meet people
go out to one of the many evening spots
rinse and repeat = me very happy
Well i am always looking for good design people and content creators... why dont you shoot me over a few samples of what you can do and you just might end up with your first few bucks in your pocket... that's gotta sound better than cold calling
