NEW Facebook Ads

Do you always get an email when an account is suspended?

And when it is does the ads page give an error message or just dissapear or what?

My campaigns page is just loading a blank page for 12 hours now, all ads stopped. Didn't receive any emails from them though. My other accounts are still fine. And the one campaign in this account was nothing dodgy.

Tried contacting them, waiting for a reply... could be a while.

I've seen a similar bug before, but it would only last under an hour.. Anyone else getting this?
 


Has anyone had success with getting money back from clickfraud? Its hurting my volume :(
 
I used to have an auto approve account back in the auto insurance era, then it got banned.

Anyone know if FB still does them and what's needed to get them back? Also anyone got a rep to help get spend increases?

Running info products in niche markets now.
 
Anyone else having trouble getting comparable traffic volume between multiple accounts these days?

On my main account, I have campaigns get truckloads of volume at a certain bid and budget. However, when I submit the same ads to my secondary account (which has the exact same daily spend limit) - and with the exact same bids and budgets - the ads there get only a trickle of volume compared to my main one. A trickle being about 5% of the volume of the main account...(!) It should in theory be about the same on each.

The only difference between the two accounts is that the 2nd one is only a few months old.

Does account history play such a large role in how much volume an account is given?

Account history has nothign to do with the volume, campaign history has.
 
I can't find it in the common ad mistakes, but can you call out a city or state of a user? I know you can't with ages, but what about like "Hey Florida User!"

No...

No user attributes at all, this means age, sex, location, ethnicity, pretty much anything. What I do to get around this is just geo script my lp...

Fb has been a huge bitch lately.... for the past 11 months I've been killing the shit, and everything just kinda feel off.....

Working to get it back to a good spot!

You can get these approved if the state/city is mentioned in your landing page.

this has been done b4... and they said no more... b/c everyone had 26 male from new york... get car insurance...

on a side note...

how about just trying it? if it gets through and works.. awesome... if it doesn't email affiliates@facebook.com and ask them why not... nobody on this will know the answer as well as they will

When they responded they wanted to know which cards I used and reasons for using those cards. In a couple days everything was resolved and the account and cards were functional.

Just went through this exact process (my question a few posts up). No warning, no emails, no error messages - my campaigns stopped and the campaigns screen just started loading a blank page.

The reason? My credit card expired. My other accounts using that card actually auto-updated to the new card. Problem only effected my current main account.

They could at least send an email or display an error message or something.

split testing more images and headlines
split testing more demographics
asking for a better payout from aff network
figuring out which time zone works best for your offer

split test more ads and get a 0.1% ctr or better

FB gives you tons of ways to target. Use them.

Hey, I signed up to these forums just to find out what other people had to say about this. Thanks a lot for this, I'm having the exact same problem. Its frustrating because FB is awesome traffic for me.

I've been making successful payments every month and out of the blue this happened to me. I'm sending them some inquiries now. Hopefully this gets resolved quick.
