Well, you're weak, obviously. You can't utilize your will power. The solution is just to do it. Just go out of bed when the alarm goes off. There is nothing more than that. You can also buy "wake up lights", lights with a timer. The light will gradually increase as the alarm time is nearing.I think the biggest change you can make it the amount of light in the room when you want to wake up. I changed rooms to one with much more light that comes in around 6-7 am and I have been waking up much earlier then I used to (and going to bed earlier). If you don't have any good windows that get a lot of light, you could set an alarm on some lights maybe.
