Your opinion on the Pac v Floyd fight doesnt mean shit 'cos Mayweather is a pussy who will do anything to NOT fight pacman.
So you know this for a fact expert? You talked to Floyd himself about it? Nah didn't think so.
He could be ducking Manny or he could be itching to fight him, who fucking knows. All I'm saying is that in my opinion. I think Floyd will outbox the shit out of Manny if they were to scrap.
I personally don't give a shit who would win in a fight against Mayweather and Pacman. Sure, it'll settle who's better than the other, but if you look at the stats up to this point and time, Pacman has a much more impressive career if you look at his matchups, his wins in 8 different weight classes, the fact that he's 2 years younger and has fought 17 more professional matches.
Mayweather has that untarnished "0" in his loss column, but that still doesn't negate the fact that Pacman has simply done more and achieved more in the sport imo.
Well let's look at their common opponents.
For Hatton, Floyd knocked him out when Hatton was 43-0. Then of course Manny got his sloppy seconds and knocked him silly.
Same with De La Hoya, Floyd beat DLH closer to his prime and natural weight of 150lbs. Manny fought a washed up drained shell of a fighter in De La Hoya at 142lbs. A weight Oscar hadn't been since 1997 or 11 years before the fight, again taking Floyds sloppy seconds.
And again with Mosley. Before the Mayweather fight everybody was saying Mosley will be a tough fight after he smashed Margarito. Mayweather beats him easily, and suddenly overnight Mosley is over the hill. Pacquiao again takes sloppy seconds, beats him up, and he's the hero of the world.
And Marquez. Manny arguably should have lost at least one of their 3 fights, and has gone hell and back, 36 rounds with Marquez. When Floyd fought Marquez, he makes him look silly.
I think Manny's best wins are Cotto and Margarito of his "modern" welterweight career, and Floyd's best wins were when he was a featherweight/lightweight and lighting shit up. I think they're careers are pretty even, and they will both go down as greats. That's why a fight between them needs to happen.
And for Pacquiao seeming "off" he did a little I think, but he's had trouble with Marquez 2 times before. Styles make fights and Marquez's style is a bad one for Manny. A very tidy counter puncher with good footwork.
