I know exactly what she said in that interview. She never said "I can see Russia from my house". Tina Fey is a politically dishonest joke of a person and a terrible 'comic' at that.

Also, you're right she never says "I can see Russia from my house". She says she can see Russia from land here in Alaska. It doesn't change the fact that she believes this bullshit helps her credibility. It's definitely laughable, however, and it actually KILLS her credibility.

Palin wouldn't be any better or worse than Obama currently is .. 2 sides of the same coin.

All of the "major" candidates that ran in '08 were clearly the most qualified people in the country to have ultimate power. And for the record ... I'm FAR more conservative than most people on this board.
