My keyboard sounds exactly like one shown in video. I dont know why but I like this sound ( only when I am typing though).

Just watched that video, and holy shit, that thing would get pitched over the patio and turned into a dog chew toy within about 10 mins.

Believe it or not the sound actually helps me type. As soon as you hear the click, you know that key is pressed. And I think it helps that you are combining two senses.

I got a few filco's 2 camo majestouch 2's one with blacks and one with blues, then I have a filco ninja with reds.
I love the reds, lighter than blues without the double clicky feel (I find it annoying sometimes). I got a couple of friends some Das Keyboards though and they love them, the shiny design is fucking annoying though.

I have an old fujitsu mechanical keyboard that I grabbed 5 years ago when the university I was attending threw it out. Love the thing, but it does look strange having one single piece of yellowed plastic shit next to all of the other shiny components that make up my workstation.
Didn't they spend years developing keyboard that didn't make that sound?

Maybe I'm missing something here...but this keyboard sounds like an old keyboard from the Commodore 64 days. I could see this being useful for phone reps since customers usually like to hear the sound of a keyboard clacking away. Makes em feel like the rep is doing something important.
