PR firm TOS: build site to IE6 specs

Did you guys even read what I wrote? There's no reason why your sites can't be built using modern web standards and still work in IE6. Will they look the same? No, but that doesn't matter.
It's not though, it's sitting at approximately 2.4% in the US according to Microsoft...

Is it dying? Yes. It's not dead yet though and anyone in business that would be willing to throw away 2-3% of sales is a fool. Also, targeting certain demographics will produce percentages of visitors on IE6 much higher than the average.
