This remind me the situation when Dwight Schrute did not over-delivered 20 bookmarks I ordered from him. Promised 21st bookmark never arrived despite all my emails and PMs.
I filed dispute at Paypal, but I've never received my $3 back.
I felt lonely in my fight for justice, just like OP who I understand fully.
After 2 years and 3 months of reporting him on various forums and rip off reports Schrute delivered promised bookmark. It was a premium bookmark at Reddit which itself brought me 12 visitors. From that time me & Schrute are WF friends and often like our posts.
