I was browsing your website, WeavingThoughts.com from the link in your signature, and noticed on the About page that you have a Board of Directors. Do you plan on taking a vote on this issue at your next board meeting? I know $35 can be detrimental to the shareholders of the company.​
 


I understand the good intentions sir, especially for the dude you thought you insulted by telling him that he cant afford your services.. BUT, you have 70 iTraders, which tells me that you are quite an experienced person when it comes to internet transactions. That being said, you should've done the following:

a) Always, money upfront. At least 50% of it.
b) If he turns out to be a scammer, i believe that there is a Scammers thread in BST for you to report this dude.

I am beginning to like this part of the forum. Its just a really nice place to just sit, read, learn and comment. Though your intentions were good, you are kinda screwing with the whole idea of why this part of the forum was created in the first place. No hard feelings.

What's to stop someone from creating a thread about WeavingThoughts.com being a scam?

Apparently, we can just say anything we want without any proof.

I did content worth Rs1800 or USD 35 approx for him. He refused to pay upfront but since the amount was small I trusted him.

He refused to pay without an invoice and agreed but sent the invoice a few weeks later since I was in no hurry for the payment.

After sending the invoice, several days passed without any reply from his side. He kept saying will pay today but never did.

Whenever time came for payment, he started not attending calls either.

Today I kept calling him because he kept cutting my calls without replying. Again, he promised to pay but but never did. At the end of the banking hours, I messaged him that if payment wasn't sent by end of day then he would be called at midnight.

There he ordered me to never talk to him like that else he would never pay! As if he is doing me a favor by paying me, like it isn't a compulsion for him because of fair business ethics!

I again messaged him to pay by end of day but again no reply.

The amount being small, that isn't a concern, but I want to make sure that nobody ever deals with him again.
